Porn Weekend surfaces again

A Current Affair aired their report on xxxchurch and Westwinds this past week. Wish I could have given you all a heads-up. I found out about it shortly before it aired. They did an okay job. They have a tabloid/sensationalist/gossip mag kind of a flare so I didn't expect too much. They did have some good things to say about the stance Jesus took when dealing with tough issues. My interview spot was about 30 seconds long--I'll add it to my tally towards my 15 minutes of fame. Ha.

This weekend, The People's Church in Nashville (Franklin to be precise) is hosting Craig, xxxchurch, and their own version of Porn Weekend. ABC news did a write-up on it all yesterday

Craig from www.xxxchurch.com has asked Westwinds for permission to use our entire outline, series info, and framework for the series we did on addictions entitled "Bondage." We had great results and Craig is encouraging churches to take on Porn in a series of messages such as this.
